MY wife and I were wondering what is involved with Boot Camp. We have been a bit slack lately and both want to start exercising again without getting to board.
To get straight to the point Boot Camp is army based fitness training. That does not mean your are enlisting in the army or anything. It is based on the fitness training of the Australian Army and others.
The difference is with Peak Fitness Solutions Boot Camp and Military style training you are getting the real thing, not just a name or imitation. I served in the Australian Regular Army for 8 years, and for the last 4 of those also carried the role of a sub unit physical training instructor (PTI). So my training methods are the very same you will find Army units conducting from day to day.
Boot Camp & Military style circuit training are open to both male and female regardless of current fitness levels (believe me that will change).
Sessions will be conducted at a variety of locations designed to both mentally and physically challenge you and to build on existing personal qualities.
I hope this has helped answer some of your questions. If not please feel free to give me a call or send me an email for more specific details.
Thanks for your post
