hello dave for the past years i have suffered from diabetes. i really want to start getting into exercising but im not sure if i should seek a doctor about starting exercising what should i do?

The answer is YES. You should defiently get a doctors clearence before you begin exercising. This is both benefits you by giving you peace of mind that your body is up to it and the trainer so he or she is aware of any contraindications to exercise, can set up the appropriate fitness tests and can give you the best training program possible in accordance with any medical specialists recommendations so you can achieve your goals in the quickest and safest possible way.

thanyou for the advice, if i didnt ask i would of just gone and started exercising, which would of been a bad thing.
